I Love My Bicycle: The Story of FBM Bikes – Trailer

Just stumbled upon this video while cruising the intertubes. From what I can tell, it’s already out and running at film festivals with limited showings. Probably won’t be showing here in the Valley, but hopefully a dvd will be coming out soon.

There’s a quote in the trailer that reminds me of a time at a Ramp Ranch comp years ago when Crandal chucked an FBM beanie at me from across the room and said “your beanie sucks, buy this one now!” Crandal is a sales-beast. And yes, of course I bought the beanie.

New Switchfoot Montage

Kevin over at Switchfoot Skateshop just sent me over the link to his new video. It is quite gangster if I can say so myself. It features the Switchfoot team shredding all over the Valley, and beyond. Slangin’ decks out the trunk like the DC sniper!

Brownsville Park Rolling

There’s been a whole heap of sessions going down at the new Brownsville skate park since it opened a couple months back. The booters have been hitting it hard and producing some great clips. Our buddy Lu Garza just dropped some new hotness to the internets. It’s his “experimental animation final project” he did for school. Writing On The Wall

Reyna Talks Turkey

Wild Turkey is a brand of Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey distilled and bottled by the Austin, Nichols division of Pernod Ricard. Its nicknames include “The Dirty Bird,” “Gobble Gobble,” “Thunder Chicken,” and “The Kickin’ Chicken”, the last being a reference to the 101 proof of its most common bottling, as compared to the 80 proof of standard bourbons. The distillery is located near Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It offers tours, and is part of the American Whiskey Trail and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
